Refund & Return Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bluebeam Retail LLC. If you are not satisfied with a product or service, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in their original, unused condition
- All original packaging and documentation must be included
- For software and digital services, refunds are available if the service has not been activated or used
2. Hardware Returns
For hardware products such as POS Terminals and Barcode Scanners:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must show no signs of physical damage or wear
- Original boxes, cables, and accessories must be included
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
- Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 5 business days
3. Software & Subscription Services
For software licenses and subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with a refund for the current billing period if requested within 7 days
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods beyond the grace period
- After the return window, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
4. Custom Development & Services
For custom software development and consulting services:
- Custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work; if cancelled before work starts, the deposit is fully refundable
- Consulting services are non-refundable once delivered
- Service level agreements define specific refund terms for service failures
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos or description of the defect
- We will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion
- Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only, not damage from misuse
- Defective items are eligible for replacement or refund outside the standard return window

To initiate a return or refund:

- Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before shipping
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
- Include the RMA number in the package
7. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
8. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Items purchased on clearance or as final sales
- Items that show signs of use or damage beyond normal wear
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Items returned after 30 days (or as specified for the product type)
- Consultation fees and technical support charges
